March's Meeting

We had a great meeting today.

Old Business:
* Our Go Green day raised $320.00 for the river otter exhibit at the Potawatomi Zoo.

* The classrooms all raised $426.30 for the One for Books program.  Each classroom received $25.00 in free books from the book fair.

New Business:
* Our April Event will support the PHM Silver Mile.
We will be having a quarter war next month, April 18th-April 22nd.. Each grade level gets its own bucket and will be in a contest to bring in as many quarters as possible. Quarters will add up, however, dollar bills of any denomination will subtract from the total. Other grade levels can subtract from another grade's total by putting in dollar bills. Our goal is to raise as much money as possible.

It's Been Awhile!

We had a very busy, productive meeting.

We had a great time presenting our Granger Paths check to Mrs. deHaan.  We were very proud to present $812.00 to this very worthy organization!  The gum grams were a huge success and provided smiles for many friends at Northpoint on Valentine's Day!

We have decided to have a "Go Green" day on March 17th. Students can bring $1.00 per green thing they wear/bring to school on that day. Pajamas, hats, slippers, shirts, etc.  Be Green!  All money collected will be donated to the river otter project at Potawatomi Zoo.  Be sure to support this worthy cause.

Students will also be making posters to promote the One for Books project going on in conjunction with this year's book fair.
