New Business: Mission of the Month-Silver Mile
We will be having a quarter war next week, April 20th-April 24th. Each grade level gets its own bucket and will be in a contest to bring in as many quarters as possible. Quarters will add up, however, dollar bills of any denomination will subtract from the total. Other grade levels can subtract from another grade's total by putting in dollar bills. Our goal is to raise as much money as possible.
Looking Ahead: It's party time! Our Stars in Service lunch will be on Wednesday, May 13th! There is an information sheet that goes home today. These are due back to one of the Stars in Service Sponsors by May 1st.
Old Business:
- Our Earth Foundation Fund-raiser was a huge success! We were able to save many acres in the Madagascar rain forest.
- Many, many thanks to all the families that helped out the Penn Food Pantry with the donations of canned goods, clothes and toiletries.
